Deposits

A 15% deposit is required to confirm all car wash bookings made online.
The deposit secures your appointment and is applied toward the total cost of the service.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service: You are eligible for a full refund of the 15% deposit, unless you are receiving a complimentary service (see below). Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service: The 15% deposit is non-refundable, as this time is reserved exclusively for your appointment.
Complimentary service for first-time customers: If you are receiving a complimentary car service for your first booking, the 15% deposit is non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made.
No-shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, the 15% deposit is non-refundable.

If we cancel your appointment for any reason (e.g., inclement weather, equipment issues), you will receive a full refund of the 15% deposit or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
